Please read these terms of use (the Terms of Use) carefully and ensure that you understand them before using the Nolte website, www.nolteindia.com and all subdomains (the Site). These Terms of Use, together with any other documents referred to herein, set out the terms of use which govern how you (the User) use this Site. These Terms of Use were last updated on 6th April 2021. Your agreement to comply with these Terms of Use is indicated by your use of the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must stop using the Site immediately.

Nothing on this Site constitutes professional advice on which you should rely. It is provided for general information purposes only. Our Liability

Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or restricts the Nolte’s liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, or for any other forms of liability which cannot be lawfully excluded or restricted.

If you are a business user (i.e. you are using this Site in the course of business or for commercial purposes), to the fullest extent permissible by law, the Nolte accepts no liability for any loss or damage, whether foreseeable or otherwise, in contract, tort (including negligence), for breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the use of (or inability to use) this Site or the use of or reliance upon any Content included on this Site. In addition, the Nolte accepts no liability for loss of profit, sales, business, or revenue; loss of business opportunity, goodwill, or reputation; loss of anticipated savings; business interruption; or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

Acceptable Usage of Our Site

You may only use the Site in a lawful manner. If you fail to comply with the provisions of this, you will be in breach of these Terms of Use. We may take one or more of the following actions in response: Suspend or terminate your right to use the Site; Issue you with a written warning; Take legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of any and all relevant costs on an indemnity basis resulting from your breach; Take further legal action against you, as appropriate; Disclose such information to law enforcement authorities as required or as the Nolte deem reasonably necessary; and/or Any other actions which the Nolte deem reasonably appropriate (and lawful). We hereby exclude any and all liability arising out of any actions that We may take (including, but not limited to those set out above) in response to your breach.

Live events (in person and online)

  1. Tickets for our events are managed via a third party platform, EventBrite.
  2. If you wish to cancel your booking to a paid event, please send a refund request via Eventbrite. A full refund will be issued if your refund request is received 10 working days prior to the day of the event.
  3. The full delegate fee will be forfeited for non-attendance (for any reason) without prior notice or cancellation of your booking.
  4. A replacement delegate nominated and confirmed by you is permitted but must be confirmed in writing to info@nolteindia.com prior to the event.
  5. If you wish to cancel your booking to a free event, please do so via Eventbrite as soon as possible so that your ticket can be reallocated.
  6. The Nolte reserves the right to make changes to the programme.
  7. The Nolte reserves the right to cancel the event if unavoidable circumstances arise.
  8. Events are regularly photographed and videoed. Attendance constitutes consent for these images/videos to be used, by the Nolte and its partners, for promotional purposes.
  9. In compliance with data protection regulations, we must point out that the information you provide us with in the process of making your booking will be stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  10. Your name may be shared with the event venue.

Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use, and the relationship between you and the Nolte (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be governed by, and construed under the laws of England and Wales and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
